The principals of CA Design Inc. are Andy Wu and partner Cindy Wu.

President and Creative Director: Andy was made in Taiwan, raised in New York and Hawaii, and studied design at California College of Arts and Crafts where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design. Andy’s career spans over 25 years of working on projects from design to advertising. His creative ability, wealth of ideas and easy going spirit are reflected in his work. He enjoys the direct contact with all his clients and working to develop solutions to meet their challenges. Andy has received numerous awards. He feels the awards are nice recognition, but what really counts is the effectiveness of the finished product and how it helped his client’s business. Andy also teaches after school art to grade school students.

Vice President of Communications. Cindy is responsible for working with CA Design’s clients to develop a plan that effectively communicates their products and/or services to provide value to their customers and other stakeholders. Her strong organizational skills will keep your project on plan and on time. Cindy’s attention to detail enables her to coordinate multiple projects at once, ensuring that all of the pieces are aligned with each other for maximum results. When you work with Cindy, you have a “partner” who is determined to meet your needs and looks for creative ways to help you reach your goals. Born and raised on Oahu, Cindy understands the local community. Her experience includes over 28 years in the industry and she understands both the client and agency sides of the business. She is the past recipient of the Outstanding Young Person in Advertising (Hawaii) and served as President for Ad2 Honolulu and was named President of the Year by the American Advertising Federation.
